This morning I finally had the opportunity to see the Bitten by SJP clothing line at Steve & Barry's. This isn't a store I'd ever gone into before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I'd read in several magazines, including my favorite Lucky magazine, that this line was well worth checking out.
Let me tell you, when I entered the store and began to browse through the clothing items in the Bitten line, I was pleasantly surprised. VERY pleasantly surprised. I didn't see one item of clothing, including jackets/coats, that cost more than $19.98. Many of the items are also made well and of decent quality. I ended up stocking up on some fall basics and only spent $85!!!!
This is what I got:
cute little red henley sweater
striped navy vest to layer over blouses and other tops
adorable ruffled top to wear under a cardigan or over a long-sleeved jersey
long knit scarf for chilly days
flowy short-sleeved top to wear over a turtleneck or long-sleeved top
cropped wool peacoat (except mine is plum, not black)
So if you haven't had the chance to see this line, I highly recommend it. Cute AND cheap!!!

5The jewelry was great!! I bought a long pendant necklace and a cute little pair of heart-shaped studs. They didn't have the jewelry on the website so I couldn't post pics.
For $5.98, how can you go wrong?!

8i'm in an area w/ no steve and barrys, so when i visited NYC for my fall break i totally stopped by. haha!! awesome coats for $20!! there's this great tee there, too, by btten by sjp with birds on the front and a tree on the back...i fell in love w/ it.
9totally cute stuff!! I didn't ever shop there until they got her stuff. I bought a couple of tees for summer and I really liked them. I love the vest you bought. Too Cute!!!

13Mominator, I do not think that you can order thru catalog or online. The line is sold only through Steve and Barry stores. Bummer!
